How to order – 3 simple steps
If you also need help with design or preparing the required files, no problem. We’ll find the best solution!
If you order different products at the same time, the minimum quantities are more flexible — feel free to ask!
Rules for preparing graphic files:
- Projects must be prepared as vector graphics in the format – *.cdr, *.ai, *.eps
- All texts used in the project must be converted to vector file.
- Please provide Pantone numbers for coated fabrics. We cannot guarantee that the colors are exactly the same. They may differ from the selected ones by +/- 1 shade.
- Photos can be printed. For printing, please prepare the files at a 1:1 scale with a resolution of at least 150 dpi.
- In addition, an indicative JPG file must be added for each submitted graphic project.
- Due to the base material (multifunctional headwear fabric, towels, sports bags), the print may be slightly offset from the center of the product. The back-side print may be offset by up to 1 cm compared to the front side.
- Printing is done on white fabric. In the case of single-sided printing, the other side remains white. Sample We recommend testing a pre-production sample. For the sample, we will produce 2 pcs of the product.
- Fastening is based on the sample photos.
About our products
- Every our product is Oeko-Tex certified. This guarantees that the fabrics and other materials used in clothing and textile production are safe and environmentally friendly, free from harmful chemicals – both at the production stage and in the finished product.
-
All of our production is carried out in EU. Furthermore, we manufacture in accordance with European Union standards.
-
Our packaging is made from environmentally friendly plastics. The transparent plastic bags are made of LDPE (polyethylene) with a special additive d2w, which makes the plastic biodegradable (so-called oxo-biodegradable). This is important because by using these types of bags, both we and our customers can help to reduce the amount of waste in the environment.
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is an advanced printing technology in which special sublimation inks are converted from a solid directly into a gas, bypassing the liquid phase. The sublimation process consists in several key stages:
- Design preparation, where the design is digitally created and printed on special transfer paper using sublimation inks.
- Transfer, where the design is transferred from paper to fabric by heating. When exposed to high temperatures (200°C), the ink sublimates, passing directly from the solid to the gaseous phase and is absorbed into the structure of the fabric.
- After the transfer, the material cools quickly, which fixes the design on the fabric.
The sublimation technology is widely used in the production of sports and promotional clothing, gadgets, as well as in the making of flags and banners. It’s especially renowned in the clothing industry, where it’s used to reproduce vivid and long-lasting designs on fabrics. It works best on polyester and other synthetic textiles that can withstand the high temperatures needed for ink sublimation. Whereas it’s not recommended for use on cotton or other natural fabrics, or on materials other than white (as the background colour would then affect the colour of the print).
What are the distinctive features and advantages of sublimation?
- Sublimation prints are extremely durable and resistant to fading, chipping or abrasion.
- This method allows vivid, colour-rich and detailed prints to be obtained (in a quality comparable to photography).
- Sublimation doesn’t limit the number of colours used. Nor does the number of colours affect the price.
- We’re able to print on a variety of items – from clothing to accessories.
- The print does not affect the texture or surface of the fabric and is not tactile.
- The sublimation method is only used on polyester fabrics or those with polyester content.
